Aarthika

The project Aarthika facilitates the Registration, Tracking, Note Writing, Putting up Drafts, Approval and Issue of Correspondences, Monitoring Workload and Performance etc. Training is provided to all end users of the Department. New Users are added in the software as and when they resume duty. The software facilitates any authorized user to check the current location of the File at any point of time. Various reports like Inward Register, Outside File Register, Department wise File Pendency Register etc. can be generated from the Software.

Future Developments
File Tracking System would be extended to other stakeholder departments also with facility to know the status over SMS / Web
